1/4 cup avocado oil OR extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup waterÂ
1 clove garlicÂ
Small handful cashewsÂ
1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
1/2 lemon juiceÂ
1-2Â Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt + pepperÂ
Directions
