When I first met Annelies I was struggling with accountability, and knowing what to fuel my body with in order to get the best out of my training. I was still overcoming disordered thinking left over from some eating and self-image issues I had, and so had ideas of 'good' and 'bad' foods, and was a bit scared of carbs!!
