Back in 2018, about 6 months into my crossfit journey, I had become really passionate about it and decided to tap into nutrition to create my next level of results. I was able to utilise my nutrition degree and experience to maximise my energy, recovery and strength.
I see lots of women exercising but not understanding the importance of nutrition for performance, recovery and overall health. That’s why I have created this program. As an expert in nutrition and someone who loves to exercise, I want to help you and am so excited to see you get results as we work together!
