This has to be one of the best recipes I have ever made! NO added sugar, only sweetened with bananas, grain free, gluten free and sugar free! This guiltless treat tastes just like any traditional banana bread but without all the added empty calories. Try baking it on a Sunday then take a small slice to work throughout the week for when you get those sweet cravings in the afternoon. I used dark chocolate chunks but feel free to substitute for nuts, fruit or seeds.

4 bananas
4 eggs
2 heaped Tbsp almond/peanut butter
4 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
60g dark chocolate (chopped up)
Directions
- Grease a loaf or square pan and preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a large bowl or mixer, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, vanilla extract and nut butter until fully combined.
- Add the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda and powder to the wet ingredients and mix well. Fold  in the chocolate chunks.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes if using a square pan, and 50-60 if using a loaf pan. A toothpick inserted into the centre should come out clean.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack for about 1/2 hour. Flip out onto a cooling rack to finish cooling. Serve with butter!
