1 cup mixed nutsÂ
1 cup fresh dates
1 handful spinach
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender, adding water to get desired consistency.
- Once rolled into balls, you can roll in ground pumpkin seeds or desiccated coconut if you wish.
- Store in fridge for up to four days or in freezer for a couple of months.
