Superfood Burger

- Mince Patties
250gm premium beef mince
2 Tbsp GFÂ oatsÂ
1Â egg
1.5-2 Tbsp curry powder
Salt/Â pepper
3 Tbsp tomato chutneyÂ
1 Tbsp mixed herbs or chopped fresh parsley or thyme
1 tsp chilli flakes
- Toppings
Salad (lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, avocado)
Grated beetroot & carrot
Sauerkraut
Organic Mustard
Watercress
Grilled or fresh pineapple
Directions
- Combine mince, curry powder, oats, egg, seasonings, tomato chutney, chilli flakes. Use a tablespoon and roll out mixture to form approx. 4-5 balls then press down with a fork into a meat patty.Â
- Heat a pan over medium heat with 2 tbsp olive oil. Place patties into fry pan and cook at medium heat for approx. 5 mins each side (or cooked to your liking).Â
- Serve between two lettuce leaves and pack full of sauerkraut, organic mustard, salad, beetroot/ carrot and watercress.
