Korean Spiced Beef Mince

500g premium beef mince
3 garlic cloves, diced
1 onion, diced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 Tbsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp soy sauce (gf option)
2 Tbsp brown sugar (could swap for 1 Tbsp honey)
2 Tbsp chilli sauce
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Handful of chopped fresh coriander
Directions
- Pre-heat a fry pan on low-medium heat with a dash of olive oil. Saute the onions, garlic and ginger for a few minutes. Add in the beef mince and cook until brown.
- Add in the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, chilli sauce and cook for another few minutes. Season to taste.
- Garnish with spring onions, coriander and serve with noodles/ rice or broccoli/ cauliflower rice.
