Korean Spiced Beef Mince

Serve with rice/ noodles or cauliflower/ broccoli rice as a low carb option. Simple, tasty and nutritious healthy meal to whip up throughout the week!

Korean Spiced Beef Mince

Ingredients

  • 500g premium beef mince

  • 3 garlic cloves, diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce (gf option)

  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar (could swap for 1 Tbsp honey)

  • 2 Tbsp chilli sauce

  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced

  • Handful of chopped fresh coriander

Directions

  • Pre-heat a fry pan on low-medium heat with a dash of olive oil. Saute the onions, garlic and ginger for a few minutes. Add in the beef mince and cook until brown.
  • Add in the sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, chilli sauce and cook for another few minutes. Season to taste.
  • Garnish with spring onions, coriander and serve with noodles/ rice or broccoli/ cauliflower rice.
