This clean salad dressing recipe is perfect as an addition to any cold summer salad. Will store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Dijon Salad Dressing
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed or finely minced
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
- In a bowl or lidded jar, whisk or shake together the vinegar, mustard and garlic.
- Add the oil and whisk or shake until emulsified/combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
