Inspired by Jordan Pie (@jordiepieface on IG), these are such a yummy and healthy treat, full of collagen which is great for gut health.

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream

  • 1 Tbsp natural gelatin

  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on low heat until all ingredients are combined and smooth in texture.
  • Pour mixture into a lined baking tray or silicone moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into pieces.
