These easy, tasty and delicious pork and peanut patties only contain 4 ingredients. Serve with a nice Thai/ Asian salad or some seasonal greens.
4 Ingredient Pork & Peanut Patties

500g pork mince
1 onion, diced finely
1.5 Tbsp peanut butter (Pic’s or Fix n Fogg)
1 heaped Tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Directions
- Heat a fry pan on low- medium heat with a decent dash of extra virgin olive oil.
- Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Roll into about 8 small patties.
- Place each pattie in the fry pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes each side until it is cooked to your liking.
- Serve with a asian style salad/ burger bun or some seasonal vegetables. Season to taste.
