Tropical Summer Smoothie

Casey, our Skin Health Naturopath has shared her favourite summer smoothie recipe with you! This smoothie is packed full of collagen, fibre, protein and micronutrients. Make for breakfast or as a healthy snack to quench your thirst.

Tropical Summer Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, papaya, passionfruit)

  • 1 handful of greens (I used spinach and cos lettuce)

  • 1 scoop protein (I used Mitchell’s Bone Broth)

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tsp nut butter or tahini (I used almond butter)

  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used oat milk)

  • Water

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or nutri-bullet and blend until combined and smooth. Enjoy x
