It’s summer time, and that can only mean Strawberry season! With the abundance of strawberries in season, whip up this delicious smoothie recipe to enjoy in the sunshine.

Strawberries & Cream Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries

  • 1 banana

  • 2-3 Tbsp Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)

  • 2 Tbsp Mitchell’s Vanilla Bone Broth Protein Powder

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Unsweetened coconut/oat milk to top with some extra ice

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together and have as an easy breakfast or afternoon snack. Enjoy x
