This garlic ginger lemon honey tonic is a great natural homemade immune supporting recipe and a natural way to support the immune system while sick during the cold and flu season, or to fight a mild viral, bacterial or yeast infection without antibiotics.

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, without skin and cut into large chunks

  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger

  • 1/2 cup fresh ginger cloves

  • 1/2 cup raw honey (preferably Manuka honey)

Directions

  • Roughly chop all ingredients and add to a blender and combine until a fine paste. Do not add any liquid.
