Overnight Soaked Oats

Amazing, nutritious, quick and easy breakfast or snack option (for those of you who are exerting a lot of energy throughout the day). Prepare the night before in a container or glass jar and leave in the fridge overnight. Change the toppings for variety (e.g homemade granola, nut butters, coconut, nuts and seeds, fruit, dates, honey, etc).

Overnight Soaked Oats



Prep time




  • 1/2 cup oats (use GF oats to make recipe Gluten Free)

  • 1.25 cup your choice of milk (almond/ coconut/ full fat or oat milk)

  • 1 serve protein powder (my choice is Mitchells Bone Broth Protein Powder)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Toppings
  • Berries, shredded coconut, coconut yoghurt, nut butter


  • Combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon and milk in a glass jar or container. Mix well and leave to soak in the fridge overnight. Serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy x
