This quick, nourishing and tasty recipe is the perfect family meal or as a dish to prepare during the week when you have limited time! The flavours are rich, but not overpowering, along with loads of packed fibre, protein and complex carbs! This dish will keep everyone satisfied, full and happy! I recommend serving with some sour cream, grated cheese, avocado and tomato salsa and spring onions on top!
