3 ripe avocados
1 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
2 heaped Tbsp finely chopped coriander
2 tsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
1 Tbsp finely chopped jalapeno
½ tsp salt
2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
Directions
- Mash your avocados with a fork until you have a mushy consistency. Add lime juice.
- Add finely chopped red onion, jalapeno, tomatoes, salt, and coriander. Mix all ingredients well. Adjust seasoning as needed.
