2 kiwifruits, peeled and chopped
1 banana
3 scoops Mitchells Collagen Powder
2 scoops natural protein powder
1 Tbsp chia seeds (or any other seed)
1 Tbsp honey
2 cups spinach
Unsweetened almond or coconut milk to top
