1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp heavy cream

- Melt coconut oil and sweetener in microwave for about 15 seconds. Stir in vanilla extract. Add mixed dry ingredients + egg (cocoa powder, coconut flour, and baking powder). Stir in heavy cream until thick brownie batter forms.
