Chocolate & Peanut Butter Covered Strawberries

Who doesn’t love a chocolate covered strawberry? The best summer dessert ever! I used 70% Lindt Chocolate as it has less refined sugar then most other chocolates BUT still tastes amazing!

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Covered Strawberries



Prep time




  • 1 punnet of strawberries

  • 1/2 block of Lindt 70% chocolate

  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil

  • 2-3 heaped Tbsp Pic’s or Fix n Fogg peanut butter


  • Line a tray with some baking paper. Wash and dry strawberries. In a small saucepan on low heat, melt the chocolate and 2 tbsp of coconut oil together.
  • Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and place onto the baking tray. Place in fridge or freezer to harden.
  • Once they have set, melt the peanut butter and 1 tbsp coconut oil over low heat or in the microwave.
  • Drizzle the strawberries with the peanut butter and put back into fridge or freezer to set.
