Bounty Balls

I honestly think these are incredible and such a great healthy alternative. I love bounty bars but they are packed full of refined sugar. I wanted to come up with a substitute that would satisfy my sweet cravings without the blood glucose spike. Gluten Free and Vegan.

Bounty Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut cream

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 100g dark or milk chocolate chips

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, except the chocolate and coconut oil.
  • Roll the balls and put in the freezer for about an hour.
  • Melt chocolate with the coconut oil over low heat and evenly coat the ball.
  • Store in the fridge and enjoy!
