I honestly think these are incredible and such a great healthy alternative. I love bounty bars but they are packed full of refined sugar. I wanted to come up with a substitute that would satisfy my sweet cravings without the blood glucose spike. Gluten Free and Vegan.
Bounty Balls

1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
100g dark or milk chocolate chips
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, except the chocolate and coconut oil.
- Roll the balls and put in the freezer for about an hour.
- Melt chocolate with the coconut oil over low heat and evenly coat the ball.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy!
