These pancakes are one of my favourite and easy breakfast options! These taste like real pancakes which will satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling sluggish after eating them.
Protein Pancakes

1 banana (has to be really ripe)
1 egg
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp coconut oil
- Toppings
Almond/ peanut butter
Berries
Greek or Coconut Yoghurt
Seeds
Honey or maple syrup
Shredded coconut
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat a fry pan over low heat with the coconut oil and pour the batter into the pan.
- Cook for approx. 2-3 minutes each side or until the mixture looks bubbly then flip.
- Serve with your selection of favourite toppings like berries, yoghurt, seeds, nut butter and maple syrup.
