Winter Warming Oats

1 cup wholegrain Harraways organic oats
2 cups filtered water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 Tbsp coconut or MCT oil
2 servings of collagen or protein powder
- Toppings
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp flaxseeds
1/4 cup wild blueberries
Small handful of walnuts
2 Brazil nuts
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Simmer on low till water has absorbed and desired consistency is reached. Add more water if needed.Â
- Serve with suggested toppings. Enjoy x
