Casey, our Skin Health Naturopath has shared her favourite summer smoothie recipe with you! This smoothie is packed full of collagen, fibre, protein and micronutrients. Make for breakfast or as a healthy snack to quench your thirst.
Tropical Summer Smoothie

1 cup tropical fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, papaya, passionfruit)
1 handful of greens (I used spinach and cos lettuce)
1 scoop protein (I used Mitchell’s Bone Broth)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp nut butter or tahini (I used almond butter)
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used oat milk)
Water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender or nutri-bullet and blend until combined and smooth. Enjoy x
