These amazing and super quick to prepare crackers are a great alternative to store-bought ones. Not only do they taste amazing but they are packed full of fibre, Omega-3, zinc, protein and B Vitamins! Have as a snack with hummus, homemade pesto, sliced tomato and avocado, peanut butter and banana- the list goes on! You can use any sort of seed but ensure you use chia or flaxseeds as this is what binds all the ingredients together.

3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
Sea saltÂ
1 cup waterÂ
Directions
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees on fan bake.Â
- Place all the seeds and the salt in a bowl, pour in water and mix to combine. Leave for 15 minutes for the chia seeds to soften and bind everything together.
- Tip out on to a baking paper-lined oven tray and spread out as thin as possible and sprinkle with some flaky sea salt. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and slice into crackers, then return to the oven to cook for another 20-30 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Remove to a rack to cool then store in an airtight container. Eat immediately or store for one week!Â
