Gut Health and Stool Analysis Test

Description

This test examines the presence of imbalanced gut bacteria, yeasts and parasites as well as evaluation of digestion, absorption, pancreatic function, and inflammation such as Transglutaminase IgA (Coeliac marker), Eosinophil Protein X, Calprotectin, M2 Pyruvate Kinase (M2-PK) and H.Pylori. Microbes are tested via microscope analysis and DNA analysis.

The Complete Microbiome Mapping Test assess the microbiome within the gut, with the focus on microbes that disrupt normal microbial balance and contribute to illness. Using DNA testing, this is the most sensitive assessment of microorganisms available.

The panel is a comprehensive collection of microbial targets as well as immune and digestive markers. It screens for pathogenic bacteria, commensal bacteria, opportunistic pathogens, fungi, viruses, and parasites as well as inflammation markers such as calprotectin, digestive markers such as pancreatic elastase, immune markers such as secretory IgA, Coeliac marker transglutiminase IgA, beta-glucuronidase and zonulin.
