Ingredients (seven serves)

➡ 140ml Apple cider vinegar with “ the mother”

➡3 turmeric root ( size of your thumb)

➡3 thumb size fresh ginger

➡1 tsp black pepper

Method

1️⃣ Blend the ginger & turmeric in a nutri- bullet or blender. Place all ingredients into a glass jar & store in fridge.

2️⃣ Upon rising, have 1.5 heaped tbsp of this tonic in a large glass of warm or cold water, then top with a squeeze of lemon.
