When broccoli is cheap, then you have to eat as much as you can! Broccoli is packed full of vitamins, minerals and fibre! This dish takes less then ten minutes to prepare and cook so makes a great side dish to accompany a main meal!
Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

1 head broccoli, florets chopped
1/2 lemon, juice squeezed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees and pre-line a baking tray with some baking paper.
- Place the chopped broccoli florets on the baking tray and squeeze the lemon on top with the olive oil.
- Bake in oven for approx. 10 minutes until nice and crispy.
- Serve on plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
