Green Ginger Smoothie

1/2 apple or pear
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Immunity Fuel
Handful of spinach/ kale/ green leaves
Small handful of parsley
1 tsp honey or peanut butter
Unsweetened Almond/ Coconut Milk to fill
Directions
- Blend everything together and serve with ice. Drink immediately or put in fridge to have later!
