Green Ginger Smoothie

1/2 avocadoÂ
1/2 bananaÂ
1 tsp fresh gingerÂ
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Immunity FuelÂ
Handful of spinach/ kale/ green leavesÂ
Small handful of parsley
1 tsp honey or peanut butterÂ
Unsweetened Almond/ Coconut Milk to fillÂ
