This recipe is much nicer then the packaged devilled sausages and WAY more nutrient dense!
Devilled Sausages

6-8 beef sausages
1 onion, sliced
1 apple, cut into cubes
3 garlic cloves, diced
1 Tbsp coriander
1 tsp allspice
1 can tomatoes
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp Worcester sauce
Salt/ pepper for seasoning
1 cup beef stock
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius on fan bake.
- Saute the onions, garlic and brown the sausages in some olive oil in a cast iron or dutch oven casserole dish.
- Add the remaining ingredients, mix to combine then place in oven for 2-2.5 hours. Pull out of oven and let rest for 20 minutes then serve with some Kumara mash and vegetables.
