Basic Meatloaf Recipe

500gm pork mince
500g premium beef mince
1 Tbsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp curry powder
2 eggs
1 Tbsp beef stock
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup tomato relish
Salt & pepper
2 grated carrots
1 grated zucchini
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and fold together until everything is well combined. Place into 2 x small- medium pre-lined baking loafs and firmly press down.
- Place in pre-heated fan bake oven at 150 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through.
- Serve with a side of green vegetables, kumara mash or a delicious salad.
