140ml Apple cider vinegar with “ the mother”
3 turmeric root ( size of your thumb)
3 thumb size fresh ginger
Directions
- Blend the ginger & turmeric in a nutri- bullet or blender. Place all ingredients into a glass jar & store in fridge.
- Upon rising, have 1-1.5 heaped tbsp of this tonic in a large glass of warm or cold water, then top with a squeeze of lemon.
