This warming meal is great for those chilly mornings and is full of protein and fat to keep you satisfied for longer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wholegrain Harraways organic oats

  • 2 cups filtered water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 Tbsp coconut or MCT oil

  • 2 servings of collagen or protein powder

  • Toppings
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 Tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1/4 cup wild blueberries

  • Small handful of walnuts

  • 2 Brazil nuts

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  • Simmer on low till water has absorbed and desired consistency is reached. Add more water if needed. 
  • Serve with suggested toppings. Enjoy x
