These four ingredient protein bliss balls are my go-to now for a delicious sweet snack! I make them on a weekly basis and keep them stored in my fridge or freezer. Low carb, paleo and keto friendly.

1 cup cashews
1 cup oats
2 tbsp Mitchells Bone Broth Protein Powder
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp water
Directions
- Place all ingredients (except water) into a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add the water (like 1 tsp at a time) and keep slowly adding until the mixture turns into a big clump. This is a sign the mixture is ready to roll! Start rolling into even sized balls (will make approx 10-12) and keep stored in fridge or freezer for 1-2 weeks. Enjoy
