Ingredients

  • 2 kiwifruits, peeled and chopped

  • 1 banana

  • 3 scoops Mitchells Collagen Powder

  • 2 scoops natural protein powder

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (or any other seed)

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 cups spinach

  • Unsweetened almond or coconut milk to top

Directions

  • Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth! Enjoy
